Abstract:According to the SSYZ95/95 type twin-screw press,a test device of twin-screw press was designed.The test device was composed of torque  test device.The test device of twin-screw press was driven by speed regulating motor.The torque meter,loop force-measuring sensor,fluid pressure sensor or strain gauge sensor were used to measure the torque,axial force and radial pressure of the screw press,respectively.The structure of the loop force-measuring sensor,the calibration method of axial proving ring and simply supported beam-cage bar element were introduced.
