Abstract:A kind of peculiar triacylglycerol namely1,3-di-stearoyl-2-conjugated linolenoyl-Sn-glycerol(SCLnS),which displayed strong anti-cancer  transesterification,bu using the seed oil of Momordica Charantia L.Var.abbreviata Ser.(MCVO) or tung oil and methyl stearate as substrates. The optimized conditions of lipase catalyzed transesterification were that the reaction mixture of 4.92 g of methyl stearate,2 g of MCVO and 1.38 g of Lipozyme TLIM was reacted at 52.4¡æ for 4 h in a solvent-free system with a stirring rate  of 204 r/min.Under the optimal conditions, the theoretical yield of SCLnS was 20.03%,and the actual yield was 19.73% and 18.95% by using MCVO and tung oil as substrate, respectively.
