| Abstract:The present detoxification methods of rapesed cake(meal) were summarized.The detoxification methods of rapeseed cake(meal) were mainly divided into physical methods,chemical methods,microboal methods and genetic breeding methods.According to the anti-nutrients in rapeseed cake(meal),the appropriate detoxification methods should be selected so as to efficiently utilize the rapeseed cake(meal). |
