Technological Process

As shown in flash , the lint will go through the 4-way valve , reduced pipe and right-angle pipe and will be sent to the condenser by the actions of the brush and airflow of the gin as well as the drawing blower of the lint cleaner . The airflow with the dust will go into the dust collector through the pipeline , the lint left on the condenser will be drawn by the relative roller while it is being turned clockwise , and then it will be taken by the drawing roller to form the continuous and flat pad . When the pad is being moved through the feeding roller and plate , it will be held by both of them and at the same time , it will be drawn and combed by the pricked roller . The drawn fiber will be turned around the roller very fast . The bad seed , foreign matter , larger impurity , etc. will be discharged under the centrifugal force and the block of the five collecting sticks and will be collected by the foreign matter condenser because they are very heavy . As soon as the drawn fiber meet with the brushes , it will be taken into the lint channel and sent to the baling press through the floss condenser .
