Working Process

Operating process: The lint from gin is directly sent to the inlet of pneumatic type lint cleaner. When the lint comes to collapsible tube in the machine, the speed becomes fastest and suddenly makes a 120-degree turn. Trash is discharged because that there is different inertia centrifugal force between lint and foreign matter at the corner. The foreign matter is injected to angle branch and then into foreign matter box; lint goes on with flow, and then is sent to saw type lint cleaner or into condenser from the outlet. A handle outside the machine adjusting separated cutter blade controls the effect of discharging foreign matter.
