Working Process

As shown in the flash, the cotton seeds are delivered into the seed funnel so as to prepare material resource for delinting . The feeding rollers , driven by feeding automatic control motor , run face to face in the seed funnel . The cotton seeds will drop on the sliding plate and enter the processing box . The foreign matter iron is absorbed to the sliding plate on the back of which there is a magnet so as to prevent it from going into the processing box and damaging the saw blades . The clean cotton seeds enter the processing box and form cotton seed rolls with the action of seed stirring roller and saw blades . As a result , between the cotton rolls and saw blades there forms a linear velocity difference which is helpful for delinting . The cotton seeds , hooked by saw blades , are taken to the delinting processing point where the cotton seeds are separated from linter . The separated linter is sent to the cotton brushing system by saw blades ; while the separated cotton seeds , because of less adhesion , are discharged out of the machine along rib frame . With the action of brush (or airflow) , the linter is brushed off from the saw blades . The foreign matter , whose centrifugal force is much greater than that of linter , is separated from linter by impurity cutting knife . The foreign matter is discharged out of the machine by foreign matter conveyer distributor while the linter , because of negative pressure , is absorbed into the linter condenser for baling .
