Manual control panel (standard settings)

Proving with the basic start-up/stop function

Possessing the following basic settings and functions

Start-up/stop controller

Three phase AC current meter

Voltage meter and selection switches

Frequency meter/water temperature meter/oil temperature meter/time gauge/battery voltage

urgency stop button

Alarms: over speed, high water temperature,low oil temperature,charging failure.

Protection:low oil pressure,high water temperature,over speed,emengency stop,and other pre-set protections.

2.Non power supply(loss pressure)auto-start-up control screen

Except the standard manual controlled panel function and settings.this one is equipped with the additional control interfaces.

Automatic/stop/manual function selection

Start-up delay relay (3-5seconds,adjustable)

Break down delay relay( 0-270seconds,adjustable )

Three times self-automatic start-up time relay

Additional power supply charger alarming indicator: low/over speed,output voltage faults,star-up failure,high water temperature pre-alarming,emengency stop

Additional: low/over speed,start-up failure,output voltage faults(over voltage,voltage shortage,over current)

Full automatic remote monitoring control panel

LCD screen shows the operational sequences,working status,faults as all the parameters.

With interfaces of RS232 OR 485,and the function of remote control,remote measuring and remote comunication,with unit protection,and auto stop and alarming function under certain circumatances such as start-up failure,over speed,low speed,high water temperature,low oil pressure,no signal for the speed sensors,breakdowns of electrical charging etc.

4.Automatic transmission switch(ATS)

Four polar mechnical/electrical interlock switch over switches

Power supply,power generatation,and indicator with load condition

Automatic/manual control screen

The screen itself has been picked,phosphorized and plastic injected

Leaving for reserved sufficient room, convenient for cable laying

5.Non-duty staff,independent auto control panel

According to the requirements of our customers,we supply a type of independent control cabinet,which integrates the functions of automatic start-up for controlling and self-loading;such control cabinet is very easy to operate,suitable for the electrical concentration control of all the related electrical equipment.

6.Parallel control panel

Functions of Manual/semiautomatic/automatic for two machines or multiparallel,which forms a a power supply network,more reliable for power supply.

Centralized control commanding,automatically distributes the load,to enable the maintenance and repair work more convenient.

More economical, the amount of running units can be put into use according to the necessity of actualloads,which can save the operational cost for the customers.

More flexible for the future expansion,customers can add equipment at any time according to the nacessity of the development, to meet with the requirement of additional loads.
