Brief Introduction

Semi-automatic Row Seeder with a pneumatic system, is suitable for different kinds of trays. It can sow both raw and pelleted seed, complete with automatic dibbler and tray advancement and comes with its own steel epoxy painted cabinet. It is ideal for one person to operate.

Technical Features

Only a small electrical air compressor is necessary for operation

Each different tray requires a different kitset for sowing. One kit only supplied with the machine as standard.

6 different nozzle diameters are supplied with the machine.

No electrical connection are needed.

The vacuum for seed pick up is created automatically and is easy to adjust according to seed size.

To change the machine configuration to a different type of tray can take approximately 10-15 minutes.

To change only between different seed size requires only the changing of the nozzles or nozzle bar which takes only a few minutes

Production speed is easily determined by the operator. Speed is simply adjusted by one control knob and can be varied when only running with a small amount of seeds.

It is equipped with a vacuum jar that allows the easy recovery of seeds when sowing is finished.

Various different nozzle sizes are available with diameters from 0.15 mm- 1.00 mm special rubber heads for pills and multi-seed nozzle heads are also available.
