The cleaning equipment for sunflower kernels before packing(Model:QLJR1000) is our company’s patented product with independent intellectual property.It contains 4 national patents and is an advanced technology in China.It can be used to remove the various impurities(such as hair,stone,glass,metal) in sunflower kernels and meanwhile the percentage of broken kernels is adjustable,therefore it is an optimum equipment of final-cleaning for sunflower kernels before packing.

Component

The equipment mainly consists of feed-in hopper,combined spiral elevator,destoner,device to remove small and light impurities(including vibrating&suction cleaner,device to remove iron and separator),and electric control cabinet.
