The equipment is our company’s patented produc:with independent intellectual property which contains 4 national patents.It is an advanced technique in China.It can be used to clean the various impurities(hair,stone,glass,metal) and adjust the rate of broken kernels in finished products.The equipment features easy and good result of cleaning.

COMPONENT

The equipment mainly consists of feed-in hopper,2-grade 4 circular-motion and vibrating cleaner for the impurities with almost the same volume and weight compared with materials,vibrating and suction cleaner for light impurities,the device of removing irons,separating machine without any holes,2 combined spiral elevators and electric control cabinet.

PROCESS

Feeding→elevating→cleaning broken kernels and heavy impurities with almost the same volume and weight compared with materials secondly→elevating→cleaning small impurities,light impurities and irons→removing irons→finished products
