        YPSG hydraulic high-crusher machine is our new patented products in 1997.

      The output of traditional crusher machine is low   ,driving belt is easily wear down and tear down (especially for stand-driving type),which lead to  irreliable,moreover it is very difficult to adjust clearance between rollers.It easily appears roller striking.Roller's working life is vey short.Bearings are very easilydamaged,it is very difficult to dismantle  belt due to the complicated structure of tight rollers. It is very poor of airtight

of equipment to keep dust outside.

     Driving mechanism  is very simple and novel,patented driving-belt with self tension function is very reliable,therollers speed  is  very accurate ,the working life is long,driving efficiency is improved,changing belt become very convenient and labour saving.It will not result in burning electricmotors due to different elastic strength between two belts .

   The structure is simple,the clearence between rollers keeps stable ,it is very quickly and convenient for adjustment, it can also prolong roller's life by reducing shutdown time and avoiding  collision between rollers .

    The moving shelter for bearing body keep the dust and impurity out of  bearing ,and then prolong the working life of bearing .

    The patented side roller Dismantled structure of cylinder bearing body make roller change very convenient and labour saving ,it can  reduce roller changing time by half .
