Main Purpose and Application Scope

The KT Series Turning Rolls of our company is designed and manufactured as per the technical specifications of standard JB/T9187-1999 from Welding Rotator. Mainly used for boiler pressure vessel and wind power manufactory. It is the special equipment which suitable for welding metal cylinder and especially suitable for boiler pressure vessel as well as wind power tower barrel manufactory. Possess advanced technology, high degree of humanization operation, reliable quality and easy operation etc. advantages.

Structure Characteristics and Working Principle

According to the different quantity of drive motor, the turning rolls can be divided into single motor & dual-motor turning rolls. Each set turning rolls is composed by machinery and electrical two parts, in which the mechanical part consists of initiative and driven two parts. The working mode is the motor and speed reducer of initiative roller running synchronously, achieving stepless speed changing by frequency conversion speed regulating controller, mechanical transmission low noise; workpiece rotation stably, and the linear speed of workpiece rotation stepless regulation. The center distance of KT adjustable turning rolls can be adjusted by bolt as per customs’ requirement.
