The machine is our company’s patented product with independent intellectual property,which can be used to select grains and oil crops,seeds and kernels etc.In traditional workmanship,kernels by handsorting is usually carried out on the trestle table or the slow-moving conveyer belt,and it is intensive labor work,but bad result of selection and meanwhile is unfavorable to piece work and work quotas.Concerning the foodsutffs,kernels by handsorting is unfavorable to the foodstuffs hygiene as well.

The semi-automatic selecting machine can decrease greatly of the labors’ working strength and meanwhile the work efficiency is increased several times compared with the complete handsorting by the workers:the materials coming from the vibrating scattering device to conveyer belt will be verfied and sorted optically on this belt,the impurities which are found by the workers will be sucked by the negative-pressure pneumatic suction pipe held by the worker.In this way,the materials are free of hand contact and less pollution so that the kernels can meet the hygienic requirements. In order to achieve the best selection effect,the speeds of vibrating scattering device and conveyer belt can be adjusted according to the skillful degree of workers and the content of impurities in the materials.
