5HZM-10 paddy seed bearder is an equipment specially used for removing bur and thorn of paddy seeds or the other seeds.
It is suitable for the complete sets of seed processing equipment.
It is mainly composed of housing, drive shaft, striking rod, valve regulating device, drives and so on. Rotating striking rod and the supporting internal lining grinding plate which are used for twisting/squeezing, extruding and striking of the seed surface are adopted, so as to remove the bur, thorn, and loose glume, remained ear of grain and pod shell, etc.
By clearing bur and thorn to improve the surface of seeds, it is good for seeds to go for next processing procedure.
The mobile base could be installed according to the need of users.
