- ZYPH28 pre-press and expanding machine
- This machine combined pre-pressing together with extruding and expanding. It is suitable for high oily oil plants such as cotton seeds, rape seeds and castor seeds etc. First it press out part of oil in the materials, then extrude and expand the pre-pressed cake to get high quality expanding cake. The cake is crisp but no smash, have loose and porous structure, apt for for infiltration of the solvent. This can improve the capacity of extraction above 30%. It also can reduce 10-12% solvent consumption and reduce the oil in cake rate. So the oil output increased.
